Ashley Monroe (born in America) is the country music and pop performer. The group she formed with Ashley Monroe named Pistol Annies, with Angaleena presley and Miranda Lambert in 2007, and then released her 2nd album, called Like a Rose. Ashley Monroe performing Blake SheltonIn 2016, she released The Blade which was another highly acclaimed album. Ashley Monroe is the Assistant Village Manager for Riverside Illinois. Riverside Illinois and has over 15 years experience as a public servant, which includes almost five years as the Deputy City Manager in Iowa City. Her current responsibilities as the Assistant Village Manager includes the management of the Community Development and Building Department in coordinating grant applications and working on special initiatives. Ashley is in charge of the daily operations at Riverside Village while also implementing the goals and strategies that elected representatives. Ashley's past roles included administration planning, communications budgeting, and staff management and collective negotiation. Ashley is also passionate about climate action. Ashley has the ability to utilize her previous experience of working in a variety of local and national organisations. She also has learned about the way that public organizations function. Ashley's program is focused on management, leadership and public administration as seen from the perspective of a practicing practitioner. Alongside providing the context for present as well as future leaders Ashley stresses the necessity of adapting today's ethical and strategically-based decision making for addressing issues and capitalize on opportunities.
